The most distinctive feature of S.H.S Toyano is the countless living spaces recreated in his vast warehouse, which consists of three buildings in total.

CAVE D’OCCI Toyano
This restaurant is run by CAVE D’OCCI, an authentic winery from Niigata. This restaurant offers homemade yeast bread, pasta, and meat and fish dishes based on the concept of “delicious food with wine.”
As a directly managed store of a winery, we also sell wine.
French Toast Bakery
The restaurant’s cafe, French Toast Bakery, is also located next to the restaurant.
At the cafe, French toast, made with bread made with homemade yeast and baked in a skillet, is popular. Additionally, there is a wide selection of his KAIHOLO coffee and cakes and other sweets at the winery.
