The restaurant seats about 74 to 80 people, and I estimated around 25 groups could be seated at once. This means that even if there’s a wait, about 25 groups can be seated in 30 minutes, making the turnaround quite efficient for such a popular restaurant.
So even if there are 30 groups waiting ahead of you, it’s likely you’ll only have to wait about an hour.
