Surprisingly Confusing! How to Get to the Open-Air Observatory

Getting to the open-air observatory can be surprisingly confusing, so make sure to study the route beforehand.

The entrance to Sky Promenade is on the 42nd floor.

Once you arrive at Midland Square, take the shuttle elevator from the 1st floor to the 42nd floor.

If you are taking the shuttle elevator from the basement, it only goes up to the 41st floor, so you will need to take the escalator to the 42nd floor from there.

Upon reaching the entrance on the 42nd floor, you will need to purchase an entrance ticket from the ticket machine. If it’s crowded, you might have to wait in line, which can be time-consuming.
