Creating a Buzz! A Gourmet Tower Where World-Famous Restaurants Gather!

“I can’t believe a place like this exists at Osaka Station!”
Inogate Osaka, which opened in October 2024 at Osaka Station’s West Exit, has been creating waves among food enthusiasts with its culinary space “Barchica 03” spanning from the 2nd to 5th floors.
Why has it garnered so much attention?
The answer lies in its unprecedented concentration of first-class establishments. From Barcelona’s No.1 paella restaurant “XIRINGUITO Escribà” to “BLUE YARD” produced by the world-renowned jazz club “Blue Note,” globally acclaimed restaurants line its floors.
Even more impressive is the “spectacular view” that elevates the dining experience. The cityscape of Osaka, visible through floor-to-ceiling windows, transforms every meal into something extraordinary.
And not to be overlooked is the facility’s convenience. From cafes opening at 8 AM, lunches available from 1,000 yen, authentic dinners, to bars - you can find the perfect spot for any time of day.
Yes, while Barchica 03 houses famous restaurants, it also features many casual izakayas that you can visit without hesitation.
In this guide, we’ll help you find your perfect match among the 50 establishments spread across three floors. Whether for a business lunch, date, girls’ night out, casual drinks with friends, or dining while traveling - you’re sure to find somewhere that catches your eye!
Barchica 03

Barchica 03 is a dining complex located in “Inogate Osaka,” the station building right next to JR Osaka Station’s West Exit ticket gates. The “03” in “Barchica 03” represents both “Ossan” (middle-aged men) and “Umeda 3-chome” where Inogate Osaka is located, featuring establishments that cater to business professionals working in Umeda.

Super Stylish! Perfect for Dates and Girls’ Night Out
While Barchica 03’s concept includes the term “Ossan” (middle-aged men), it’s not exclusively for this demographic.
That’s because every restaurant is incredibly stylish, and the entire facility exudes sophistication.

While the restaurant lineup does cater more to mature tastes rather than early twenty-somethings, it’s fundamentally designed to be enjoyed by people of all ages and genders.
Stunning Views! Night Scenery Enhances Every Meal!
In fact, Barchica 03 offers many restaurants where you can enjoy your meal while taking in the night view.
Establishments facing outward feature floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing everyone to dine with an exceptional view. Whether for a date or girls’ night out, the vista creates an unforgettable atmosphere.

Brilliant Three-Floor Layout! Each Floor Has Its Own Theme, All Featuring Outstanding Establishments
Barchica 03 spans three floors, from the 2nd to 5th floors of Inogate Osaka.
The facility houses 50 distinctive establishments, including long-established restaurants, popular spots with constant queues, and hidden gems tucked away in corners.
Additionally, each floor has its own theme, with completely different types of restaurants. By choosing a floor based on your mood or purpose - whether it’s a date, girls’ night out, or dinner with colleagues - you can more easily narrow down your choice from the 50 establishments.
2nd Floor|Cafes Open Early, Convenient for Pre-Work Visits

While the 2nd floor has fewer establishments as it serves as Barchica 03’s entrance, it features “Sarutahiko Coffee” which opens at 8 AM and “Fermented Rice Ball” shop opening at 9 AM, perfect for pre-work visits.
Since Inogate Osaka, where Barchica 03 is located, connects to JR Osaka Station via a passage, you can conveniently enter from Osaka Station’s 2nd floor to relax at a cafe before work or purchase coffee and rice balls to take to the office.

|---|---|---|
| Sarutahiko Coffee | Cafe | 8:00 am - 11:00 pm |

XIRINGUITO Escribà

XIRINGUITO Escribà, Barcelona’s top paella restaurant from the home of paella itself, has finally opened in Osaka! Following its original Barcelona location and Japanese branch in Shibuya, it chose Osaka’s Barchica 03 for its next venture. You can now enjoy the world’s finest paella, available in only three locations globally, right here in Osaka.

le comptoir

The popular French bar le comptoir from Umeda’s renowned dining street “Hatsutenjin Ura-sando” has opened a branch at Barchica 03. While offering creative French cuisine, prices remain reasonable. Solo diners are very welcome, and the open interior visible from outside makes it inviting and accessible.

SAMBOA

SAMBOA, a long-established bar operating in historic areas like Kitashinchi and Ginza, opens from noon despite being a bar. While there’s no strict dress code, men wearing shorts, sandals, or casual attire won’t be admitted.
BLUE YARD

BLUE YARD is a cafe & dining establishment produced by Blue Note Japan Co., Ltd., the Japanese subsidiary of world-renowned jazz club “Blue Note.” It’s incredibly stylish! This is our top recommendation for a must-visit establishment.
The interior design feels like a Blue Note jazz club transformed into a cafe, with an amazing atmosphere.
Yet you can enjoy coffee for just 500 yen, making it very accessible as a cafe.
Ramen Kamo to Negi

The popular queue-drawing ramen shop “Ramen Kamo to Negi,” with its main store in Tokyo’s Okachimachi and branches in Shinjuku and Sugamo, has finally opened its first Osaka location. Visually stunning, you can enjoy ramen that’s like a work of art.
In Tokyo, this premium ramen shop always has long queues, making it difficult to visit casually.
