The portion is huge—about the size of a hand.
The bold seasoning and black pepper made it a perfect match for drinks.
Pairs perfectly with beer or a highball—you’ll want another round.
It tasted just as good as it looked.
Sweet and savory with a peppery kick—full of character.
Though you’re meant to eat it straight off the bone, the hostess kindly offered scissors in case it was hard to handle. Much appreciated.
